Return Policy

Except for any products designated as non-returnable, we will accept a return of products purchased on the Site for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs and a $5 return shipping fee for items that meet the following criteria:

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of your orders ship date. 
  • Item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. 
  • Your item must have been purchased through our website, not from a store/retailer. 
  • We do not accept returns on items that were part of a special offer, reshipment items labeled as final sale, mystery styles, subscription boxes, air fresheners, stickers, or other consumable items.
  • All Mystery Items are final sale and as such they cannot be returned or exchanged. Duplicate Mystery Styles cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Your order # (can be found in your confirmation email)
  • The shipping zip code or email address

Once you submit your request you will be emailed a return label that is valid for 28 days. You bear the risk of loss during shipment.

Silver and Gold PSD Rewards members receive free return shipping as part of their membership benefits. 

Approved refunds are processed within approximately one to two weeks of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

*Please note orders that are shipped to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), and international addresses must be returned via personal shipping label.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange must be initiated within 30 days of your orders ship date. 
  • Exchanges are for size only (we cannot exchange for different styles and/or prints). Additionally, youth sizes cannot be exchanged for adult sizes. 
  • Exchanges are only offered for products that are currently available. If the size you need is not available please submit a return instead. 
  • Exchanges are only offered for domestic US orders. We do not offer international exchanges.
  • Item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. 
  • Your item must have been purchased through our website not from a store/retailer. 
  • All Mystery Items are final sale and as such, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Duplicate Mystery Styles cannot be returned or exchanged.

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

If you received an incorrect item(s), contact our customer service team and we’ll help you with getting this issue resolved. When you contact us please make sure to have your order number and a picture of the incorrect item you received. 

It may take up to 2-3 business days to investigate the issue. The typical resolution is that we can reship the correct items, if they are in stock.
